Swedish Massage- 30min-$45 /  60min-$75 /  90min-$105
Designed to keep the body in a relaxed state as well as focus on muscle tension and adhesions in the more superficial layers of the muscle while still being very therapeutic.

Reflexology Massage- 30min-$40 / 60min-$80
A massage based around a system of points in the hands and feet that correspond with all areas of the body. Sessions can be just feet, hands or both.

Sports Massage- 30min-$40 / 60min-$80
A massage that uses some Swedish style techniques while incorporating stretching and lengthening to release restricted muscles. is geared toward focuses work on problem areas.

Deep Tissue Massage- 30min-$45 / 60min- $85
Deep tissue is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue, massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles.

Hot Stone Massage- 30min-$60 / 60min-$100
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

 Cupping Add-on- $10                                                                    Massage cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. Massage cupping bodywork is versatile and can easily be modified to accomplish a range of techniques, from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release. This complements many health modalities, including deep tissue massage.
